I’m sorry that you’ve been unable to order, @tiny121! Are you getting an error message when you try to place an order? If so, what does it say?

Regarding the game tickets, our Rewards Store is being retired and as of 10/2, tickets will no longer be awarded for playing games, but you will have until the end of the year to redeem your tickets in the Rewards Store. Tickets will be a thing of the past to make room for an improved, faster experience and fresh fun and new games while you shop, only at HSN!
