Bose CD Player Help Needed
Good afternoon!
I ordered the aforementioned product and enjoyed listening to my cds on one occasion. Every time I attempt to play one (even the sample one Bose sends), I receive a “not playable” message.
I bought canned air and tried that, as I read that should be attempted, I tried wiping off the cds, but nothing has worked.
What do I need to do? Incidentally, this is my second Bose, the first of which played for 20 years.

I’m truly sorry that your CD player isn’t working properly, @dawnieg. I recommend checking with the manufacture directly at 800-736-5076 to see if they have any tips to get this working again. Rest assured, they will be happy to help!
