boo on app coupons only
Why oh tell me why if we don’t have a smart phone with an hSN app we cannot take advantage of the 20% disc. I work in customer service for a customization catalog company and 50% of the customers have dropped their computers, smart phones etc. So, you will lose on this idea. HSN saves more money this way but decides to discriminate against the loyal customers that have been customers for years. Shame on that ridiculous decision.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience or irritation with our app coupons. They’re intended to introduce customers to the app and the benefits of using it to track orders, shop, initiate returns, etc. If you like and have an item in mind, you can use the app for a one time purchase and uninstall or avoid it altogether. If you desire standard coupons (phone or website,) our marketing team will occasionally issue coupons that can be found under “Coupons & Kash” in the account menu when signed into hsn.com and/or you can sign up for our marketing emails at the bottom of the homepage.
