
Blocked and furious
I was just in a live chat with a representative that informed me that i am not able to complete my order as there is some type of issue with my address. The rep was able to confirm that I have not issue with my account but because a prior tenant resided at my address and has an account in collections that i can do nothing until the debt is paid. I am not the prior tenant nor do i know who the prior tenant was. How am i being held accountable/delayed for a debt not caused by me. Please provide me some assistance.
