Beware of the no return return.

I purchased a sound bar for a parent who was having trouble hearing dialog. The sound bar made it worse. It did not amplify the dialog, but rather just made all sound louder and made it even harder to hear. I boxed up return and attached label, took to post office, only to be informed that the return label is not prepaid and the cost to return was just over $50.00. I brought it back home and contacted HSN who informed me that is correct and not all items will come with a return label and you will not know before hand what does or does not. I bought sound bar on sale for $69.00 and to pay $50.00 to return is ridiculous. Now closing account and will stick with QVC.
