Beekman Boys Bounty Box?

I have been with the Beekman Boys since their beginning and have the bounty box on A/D. Received two and was waiting for the September one. I did receive an email regarding a slight delay regarding manufacturing issues. Every time I check on it, it is moved further out, like the end of October. What is happening with the December box then? Communication with your customers is very important, even when your business grows! Don’t forget your roots!

Per your response of expected ship date of October 16th? Really? Here it is NOVEMBER 2nd. Still not shipped. Please tell us what is going on and the reason for the multiple and lengthy delays…. and I do not believe “on backorder” is sufficient for a date specific auto ship. Both Beekman and HSN knew months ago exactly how many bounty boxes were needed, and since it was date specific, WHEN they were needed. Also, please give an honest answer this time. Thank you.

Thank you for a long unanswered concern, now this was a little bit too
late. This never happened since I discovered the beekman boys and sadly, cancelled all my orders. These boxes were gifts and we are a military family. Time is important and frankly I am dumbfounded why, we the customers were not given notice. Every time I checked, the delivery date was pushed further then the original time. This is not the HSN, I know and the beekmans will feel it

I am so sorry your Fall Bounty Box is delayed. I understand your frustration. It is expected to ship out within this week of October 16th.

The winter box is scheduled to ship the week of December 15th.

  I was not aware that we get a response not with our nickname.
  Even that I have canceled my two remainder of the bounty boxes , it looks like, there is a “major issue” and it would have been nice to even get an update. I gave a lots of beekman gifts and none of my friends received their boxes either.
