Beekman 1802 Happy Place 256 Oz Lavender laundry soap Auto-delivery
Why can’t Beekman boys fill my auto-delivery order of the 256oz lavender laundry soap while they have plenty of the 64oz and 128oz bottles available full of this same soap? I am a long time customer and have had this product on auto-delivery for over a year, but my order in July is now postponed until at the earliest September 2023. This is the second notification email of a postponement that I’ve received from Customer Service. Please ask the Beekman boys why they can’t find a 128 Oz bottle to fill with the lavender soap? They sure have many, many 128 Oz bottles of this same product to sell. Or to solve the issue they can just send me two 128 Oz bottles of the lavender soap. I think the answer is that they want more money now than what was originally charged for this auto-delivery. HSN is about to lose a customer…and I’m a very good customer, but will not put up with this constant delay.
Hi @janiebyrd, I completely understand your disappointment and frustration with the delay of your AutoShip of your Beekman Laundry Soap. While we would love to be able to just send you two 128 oz containers, that is not possible as the AutoShips are specifically designed to have inventory set aside for it. I will be more than happy to pass your feedback along regarding this delay and am really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
