Bad Service
So, I wanted to purchase an item featured the other day. I never shopped at HSN before. I recently purchased my first home. So when I attempted to make a HSN purchase I wasn’t allowed. I called the toll free number to find out why. Needless to say, the previous owner had an outstanding debt with HSN and blocked the address. So therefore since I now own the house, I’m penalized from purchase. Well, my solution was to send the item to one of my relatives house. Was told no and said anyone living at this address will automatically be blocked from purchases. Who does that? So, I missed out on a great buy. I will discourage folks from making any purchases from HSN.
