Bad "as is" experience

I ordered the Iman skinny jean “as is” in a size 8 petite. The jean I received is not only the wrong size, it is a different jean altogether. It has zippers at the ankles, different color, is a size 10 and a tall! I called customer service and he agreed to wave the return fee, but still it was a bad experience.
