Awful Shipping Times

HSN is way too large a company to have such terrible shipping times. Ordered on the 8th but won’t be here until the 18th? Why? I might as well have shopped on Amazon.

@raynyam, we always give a 10 day expected delivery date from your order date. Once the order ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to see your updated delivery date. Most items are received in 3-5 business days.

  Hello. And how long does it take to actually ship an order after it’s placed??? How long does it take to package one product?

  Not true! I ordered on 12/7/2020 and they just put a label on it 12/15/2020. It’s now 12/17/2020 and tracking shows it just left California and I’m in West Virginia. God only knows when it’s going to get here. Never again!

@raynyam, orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours Mon-Fri.

I agree, HSN shipping policy is awful. I’ll never order from them again. They’ve been around a long time, you think they’d learn their lesson from other companies?

I ordered an iPad bundle on 12/5 and it is still in “packaging” today, 12/17, and is supposed to be guaranteed by Xmas Eve. I’m still holding out hope as this is one of 3 gifts my daughter has to open on Christmas.

  Mine is still in “packaging” today as well. Cutting it a little too close for comfort. I called on Friday and customer service basically said we have your order and you’ll get an email once it’s shipped. I said I was a bit concerned with how close were cutting it to Christmas and the gal said if they said it was guaranteed then it should be there and to “not worry” yet. 15 days now to “package”…. I’m worried.

So wish I had read this beforehand. Now I’m waiting on a computer that money was drawn from my account Feb 11, the shipping tracker up dated that a label has been made….4 days ago…But I’m sure the standard reply from customer service will be it’s due to Covid, the snow storm in the S.W., the fires in California, or the fires in the rain forest. So no need to call.
I just won’t do this again, Not much e can do but wait…too many sellers of the exact same item to have this type of service..
