AWFUL EXPERIENCE OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS
I don’t even know where to start! I ordered yesterday’s special and it was processing but then was canceled. I was so excited to get it home. I even commented on HSN Live and Marlo mentioned my full name on air. I called to speak to a supervisor and the first one would not let me speak. All he did was try to out-talk me and speak OVER me. His name was Julian. I reported him to Mike George, but no response. I then spoke to a very nice supervisor who told me to call thee FlexPay Eligibility Department this morning and that they would reopen my order and work it out so it could be placed. I ordered with my BANK CARD! I called that office this morning and, NOPE, no help. What are they there for and why was I given wrong information! I spoke to a supervisor in THAT department and she did exactly what Julian did. Her name was Sharon. She over talked me and would not let me speak! She was so rude! Both were! I reported all of this to Mike George and no response, no calls. I have left three messages with the Executive Leadership Department and have not received on call from them either!! Left three messages! NO RESPONSE! Then, to top it off, I get an email from these incomplete fools saying I requested a refund for an item I received long ago and they researched and it was received (um, yea, it was) and for me to return it so I would not get billed qgain. I don’t know what is going on with these idiots but I am DONE! I am returning anything coming to me and everything I’ve received in the past 30 days! This company is the worst on the planet and I will not give them another dime. They will eventually crash and burn. I will laugh!!!!

I took a look at your account and someone from the HSN Executive Offices, made two attempts to reach you at the number listed on your account. The calls went straight to voice-mail, so they left two messages with their direct contact information. They also sent an email to you at the email listed on your account.
