Autoship is NOT what one thinks….it’s NOT being honored by HSN
I was under the impression that when one buy a product under autoship, the autoship price remains for one’s next order of that product. I currently have multiple items that I purchased at a special discounted price that reverted to full price in my autoship list. Yesterday I purchased Skinn product item 847-882 SKINN’s eye shadow set on autoship for $34.95. I had previously purchased 2 different sets of these eye shadows on autoship for $39.95, when they came up for me to renew automatically, they were in my cart at full price, so I just recently canceled them. So now the eye shadow goes on sale again, I order it yesterday & in autoship it reverts back to original non discounted price. I have items from Skinn, Perlier & Prai in my autoship that have reverted to full price. Why is this happening??? We are told to “secure the price” on autoship yet I am having a constant battle to make sure that same price is honored when I decide to reorder it??? There seems to be a major discrepancy here, I went on to Live Chat today & was told the eye shadow set (actively listed as $34.95 on autoship) is NOT being honored. I do NOT get it. How are HSN customers suppose to know what autoship items will remain as the sale price & which ones they plan to revert back to the original non-discounted price??? PLEASE BEWARE. Does anyone else have this problem?? I took pictures in my autoship where I have at least 4 more additional items that I purchased within the last year that have reverted back to full price!!! I spend a lot of money & often use Autoship Manager but this problem needs to be rectified as soon as possible to assure customers that selecting autoship with definitely “secure the price”
