as is product (exchange)
Are as is products eligible for free exchange? I tried the exchange link, with no success. Told me to fill out the regular form. Which makes me wonder if it is exchangeable.

Hi @bonba, I really am sorry for this extremely delayed response to your question. Yes, “As-Is” items are eligible for exchanges, but inventory for these items can be pretty limited. We also offer free exchanges as well, so if you need an exchange for a new size or color in the item you purchased, you can exchange it for free.
To set up an exchange, you can sign onto your account on HSN.com or give us a call at 800-933-2887 between 8am – 1am ET and we’d be more than happy to set it up.
