Arrived at Facility
Which facility? Something has changed when I look at my order tracking. Recently, my order tracking does not list which facility or where my package is. I believe this is helpful because I can see where it is and gauge about the time it will get to me. The order tracking previously showed the actual location of the package. The estimated dates vary in accuracy (I understand the word estimated), but I like to see the progression so that I know when to check the mailbox or know that a package will be on my front porch. Has this changed for others? The words “arrived at facility” is not helpful to me when I don’t know which facility it’s talking about.

@quinci, thanks for the feedback regarding the tracking information on our site. We’ll be happy to pass this along to our web team, so we can work to improve the information relayed here. In the meantime, if you use your tracking number(s) on the shipper’s website, typically either UPS or USPS, you’ll be able to see a more detailed look at the progress of the package.
