Same as everyone else! Wish I had seen this thread before I tried to order. They have charged my bank account $257.00 and then cancelled my order. When I called the girl was vague then asked if I wanted to talk to Supervisor. When she switched me over it said the office was closed and hung up. What kind of crazy scam is this???? This of all times to be messing with people and their money! Never shopping HSN again.

I’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay @not_a_fan. I’m also sorry about your experience with the representative on the phone. This certainly is not the experience we want you to have when shopping with us.
Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future. The hold should fall if in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
