Are you kidding me, no return labels!! Thats it! Goodbye HSN

I so agree!!! Was not aware of this practice of HSN. I had just recently bought a Christmas (2022)gift for my Italian Grandmother, a Straub Cookpiece costing about $182.00 . I opened the box so she could look at it and she said it was to heavy for her. So today I packed it up, could not find any labels and called HSN and was told I would have to pay out of my own pocket to return to HSN. Yes, return to HSN, not the manufacture. Apparently according to CS representative, this is a set up that has been utilized between HSN and the product manufacture. So, the cheapest way to send it was Fed, it cost me $64.40 dollars to send back to HSN. Never again will I purchase anything from HSN!!! And if QVC starts this, then the Q will be off my list as well. MJ/Dec 2022
