Arcade on Android Devices – Question

Are older versions of Android still supported in the Arcade? I have v6 Marshmallow on one device and v7 Nougat on another. Some games that have problems on the v6 device play okay on the v7 device. (examples: word-wipe freezes on v6, mahjongg dark dimensions ends the game after 3 levels on v6, but both play ok on v7)

I used the Arcade Help link to ask this question and received an email back saying to “go to the Arcade and go to frequently ask questions” and if I can’t find the answer there, “ask the question in the Arcade and someone will answer you within 24 hours.”

The Arcade Help sections says both v6 and v7 are supported, but I’m asking you to verify if that is still the case, and

I don’t know how to “ask the question in the Arcade” so I’m asking it here.

I’m sorry that you’ve been having trouble with some of our games, @boodlemum! Yes, they are still compatible with android v5, v6, v7, and v8! To help with the games freezing, we recommend clearing cache and cookies, as well as checking that the Browser and Flash are up to date.
