Arcade games not working

Your users have been posting about the games not working for the past two days in the Arcade forums, but as we all have come to realize, nobody seems to care. Our requests for help from Moderators or your crack “Arcade Team” are an exercise in futility, and have been ever since the big Q ruined the unique HSN experience.

The other problem is your live feed on the Arcade page – the mute feature is now disabled, so we are forced to try to pause the live feed every time we play a game.

These continuous problems and lack of response have frustrated many of my fellow gamers to the point where we no longer want to shop with you. That may be an acceptable loss for the Q, but remember that every unsatisfied customer can poison the well, and your reputation is tanking – as well it should.
