April in Customer Service

I don’t know what April’s position is with HSN but I wanted to compliment her on her service today. She was very kind and professional in helping me resolve an issue I was dealing with. I just wanted to say I really appreciated the time she helped me. Thank you April for your amazing customer service

I have found most, if not all, of the CS personnel who assisted me to be very accommodating and try hard at resolving situations to everyone’s satisfaction. I hope that continues.
