Thank you for making us aware. Just making sure you were aware as I replied on another comment, but I have reported the silent videos to IT as well. When they return tomorrow after the holiday they will work on this and hopefully fix it quickly. Thank you again.

Weeks like this… What is going on with the silent videos? I hate when you click to watch you don’t get the sound of the videos.It is something that is new and I hate it.It is not just the app it is the site on safari and chrome.

I’m sorry the app is still not working. I don’t know if you saw my reply on your last message, but I submitted a request on your behalf to IT. I will submit another request in hopes it conveys urgency so that we can get the app up and running for you again as soon as possible. Due to this being the weekend and President’s Day tomorrow there may be a bit more of a delay, but thank you for being patient with us, we want this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks.I need to click on the video and hear the presentation.It helps me as I purchase.Right now some videos are closed captioned with no audio.It’s preventing me pulling the trigger and purchasing products.

You’re welcome. On most videos there should be a speaker icon with a small “x” or possibly a slash through it. If you see this icon I would suggest trying to click on it just in case the videos are muted. Most are muted initially and you would need to click the icon to activate the sound. I have left the IT ticket submitted just in case, but please let us know if you try this method and the problem persists. If it works, you can also let us know so that we can cancel the request submitted to IT.
