
Anybody have Extended Delivery items that just don't ship?
I purchased a Nakery Body Butter in the Green Garden Spritz scent and my order has never been shipped. It’s been over a month and way past the date of when I was supposed to receive it by. It’s on “extended delivery”….but now I’m wondering if it will ever be shipped out? I don’t mind an item being on extended delivery, but it should arrive by the time that you were given at checkout!! Anybody else have a similar issue where an item doesn’t ship out? Or is still on extended delivery way past your estimated arrival date? It’s really frustrating.

We know how eager you must be to receive your item, and we are sorry it’s taking longer than anticipated. With extended delivery, normally the item will ship within 18 days of the original delivery date. If you want to reach out to customer service at 800-284-3900, an agent would be able to look up your order and provide you with some estimated dates. That might make this situation a little more clear. We’d check for you here, but we wouldn’t want you to put your order number in a public place such as this forum. You can alternately private message us on Facebook with your order number and we can check that way for you. We know it’s frustrating, but we are doing what we can to get you your item as fast as possible. We appreciate your patience.
