
Annoyed
I’m really annoyed no one at the company can figure out why the system only let’s me pay with PayPal. All my things are paid up and I’m not doing anything wrong. They keep telling me I’m not adding it to my cart right or I have to sign in first. I know what I’m doing here. Those are not the reasons. I’ve spoken to 4 people and no one can help.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and unneeded frustration that placing an order online has been causing, @breena3. When I pull up your information, I see that you are using two different shipping/billing addresses along with two different email addresses. This could be what is causing your issue of only being able to pay with PayPal.

I’ve tried to have them get rid of extra accounts and they tell me everything is fine. I was able to place an order about a week or 2 ago with my qvc card. Not sure why and not sure why now it won’t let me. I’ll call again when I have time. Thanks!
