Amber Extraordinaire Amber Statement Pendant with Adjustable Chain

The HSN Jewelry Line Rep says in Video that the pendant is natural free form Amber, no two are alike and bespoke pieces. However the product information details list the item as pressed.
Can this be clarified? Thank you.

Hi there, @taci. Your patience is appreciated as we work to get answers! These large stones are natural freeform amber. Due to the natural state of the stone, some may or may not have had natural fossilized indents. Only those stones would have been enhanced by pressing one small stone of amber to smooth out the corner or surface before shaping and polishing. Hope that helps explain the description.

  There are two actual descriptions for this item in the title. 1.) Amber Extraordinaire Pressed Amber Doublet Pendant w/adjustable chain and 2.)Amber Extraordinaire Amber Statement Pendant with Adjustable Chain.
  It seems the issue is what the Rep states versus the actual item description.
  I purchased the Blue Spark and it is a lovely piece.
