All items shown in the show

Could someone tell me why, if you miss the live show, that HSN does not show ALL of the items that are in the show when you pull up the schedule and you go to that time and show online. Unless you watch the tape of the show, you cannot see what items were featured entirely. It only brings up a few items. This is so frustrating. There have been items I have missed and it never showed them online when I pull up the show schedule.
