I was attempting to take advantage of deal on a Curtis Stonr item.
I was unble to make the purchase due to block on my address.
i spoke to a supervisor, “Bill”, who was very condescending. I was told someone else living at this address has deliciousa delinquent account. Therefore, I couldn’t place an order either. I let Bill know this was a ridiculous policy. He said the account would have to be paid in full before anything could be ordered and delivered to this address.
This is my first time I’ve ever had a company claim this policy. I turned around and ordered the same item from Macy’s. HSN just lost a customer!!!
