Address Blocked

I found something I wanted to purchase from HSN, applied for a card, and now can’t use it. Reason being, I was told the previous tenants before me owed money to the company and my address is blocked. I moved in my apt in December so I have no idea who used to live here. I was told by the rep the name of the person that used to live here so she knew it wasn’t me. Plus I was approved for a card so how is that possible? This is some BS! I was told I’d receive a call in 3-5 business days. Never happened. Called again and was told 48 hrs. This went on for 2 weeks.Never happened. Finally spoke to a manager and he didn’t say anything worth hearing. Mind you I never ordered from HSN so why am I being punished for what someone else did? Now I have a HSN card and can’t freaking use it. They just lost a good customer and need to do more research on whoever they need to get their money from. I’m quite sure this has happened to alot of people.
