Address blocked please help
I called customer service and they told me my address is blocked. I have never made a purchase on this account. Please help me get it unblocked

I tried again and it still won’t let me. Can i put in a request to have it unblocked? I’ve never even made a purchase on hsn so I’m not sure why its blocked
