$5 Shipping
I usually buy several hundred $$$ every craft day. Not today. You have lost a customer. I feel sad for the vendors like Sara and Anna. Great products. They need to find somewhere else.

Why are there shipping fees on a TSV item? I remember when the Today’s Special Value items were not only a great price on the item, but you always expected FREE SHIPPING as well. I was going to order the Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer today, until I noticed that Shipping was not free.
HSN, please make all TSV items free shipping like you used to do.
Thank you for considering this. It makes a difference, to me anyway, as far if I am even going to give an item a try.

I know this is a little older post, but I must chime in with my 2c.
We’re having a 24 hr Craft day in May, so I hope you see fit to return to the $5 fill your cart as many crafters here have taken to buying direct or from sites that have minimum order free shipping…it’s not hard for you to do that either HSN… you can set up a $25, $50 or so minimum order each 24 hrs and your customers who would not only feel happy but appreciated..again.
I am one of the many that had complained about the $5 shipping and was given a coupon that I can’t use because I don’t need or want an HSN card, so imagine how that makes me feel appreciated and that you may have listened but nothing else was done to set things right for me as a long time, high volume customer.
Please give your shipping policy and fees a serious lookover… especially in crafts, charging 30%-40% of the cost of an item (i.e. $3.50 to $7.50 for $19.95, $29.95, even $39.95 etc) for shipping is ridiculous by any other company’s standard and right now that’s why many of your customers are purchasing from other sites, which is a shame for the fine vendors that have dedicated years of bringing their products to HSN.
Hopefully, this is being discussed and reconsidered by your management staff and better decisions will be input immediately.

I’m with you. Not spending a dime today, because of the shipping. Hope HSN does poorly today in sales. You owe huge apologies to your Crafting vendors, for pulling this on them. Of course we, the customers, will go purchase from them. So you lose.
