
3rd time apparently not the charm either
So I ordered item 763-870 in cognac a while back. Got a email they had ‘technical difficulties’ and for me to talk to CS. Did so, and found out apparently I wasn’t the only one, CS was deluged. She asked if I still wanted the item (since it had cancelled) and when I said yes, she reordered it for me. Got the emails saying it was ordered but a couple days later another email saying now it’s ‘delayed’ where it’s stuck. Meantime i saw another color in my size so I ordered it yesterday. Surprise surprise, another ‘delayed’ message greeted me this morning. So might I suggest someone remove this item from your site if you can’t fulfill orders? I’m at the point of ‘why bother’ ordering anything if my orders keep getting held up/cancelled.
