I have a question. Why is it that some items are able to be returned rather easily and some are darn near impossible? I purchased a tablet holder for a gift, but found out as it was shipping that the individual already had one. I said fine, I will just return it. Well-no return label in the box nor is there a return label online. So, now I have to call someone to figure out how to return this item within the 30 day window allowed. Is this what is referred to as EASY RETURNS?

@valdosta31605, not all of our products come from our warehouse. Not all of our partners participate in the EZ Return program. You will need to pay to return these products but if the item is damaged or defective, we’ll refund you for the cost to return.
Thank you for the timely response. With this information, I will be mindful of buying items outside of my normal things (Curtis Stone, etc).
