2nd urgent message to the Shipping Department..
Once again, the post office clerk got frustrated with me because the return label was all wrinkled. I explained to them that is the way I received the return label and that HSN shipping dept. is responsible for the wrinkles. She had to enter every number in order to send it. At first, she didn’t want to to do that. This is so unfair to those of us who are not creating this issue. I don’t mean to make trouble for anyone, but the return receipt shouldn’t be wrinkled at all during shipping.

I am not sure what your situation is, but if you have a printer, you can print your own return receipt. And that post office should not be pitching a . It is their job to enter that receipt whether thru scanning or manually entering the information. I am tired of doing their job, too.
I understand what you are saying, though. I don’t return things often, but when I do, my receipts are all crinkled and not easy to affix. Hope this helps.

It’s more than doing someone else’s job. It’s importance of doing one’s own job with responsibility. Sometimes people don’t even realize what they’re doing as no one has ever told them how to do it. Yes, I have a printer, Mookie457, and it’s good to be reminded about that. Thank you.

I get your frustration. I cannot tell you how many times I have felt as if I was doing someone else’s job. I cannot say I had too much trouble with HSN, but on the other hand, I am doing less and less business with them since I am just uninterested in the product line up.
