
2nd request – please fix my emails
My emails stopped again, and I haven’t received any since 7/11/23 even though I never unsubscribed. Can you please have them restarted again? I don’t know why this keeps happening. Maybe it’s something going on between Comcast and HSN.

Thanks again @hsn_krissy! They started coming again yesterday.
A Comcast employee suggested I contact the Comcast Security Assurance to have the emails whitelisted, but I haven’t done that yet, but I might. If there’s some issue between HSN and Comcast that causes this email problem, that sounds to me like something that needs to be worked out between them.

I’m so sorry that they stopped again, @thisgoesto11! I’ve reset them in our system. It can take up to 24 hours for them to fully update, but you should start seeing those emails again. Please let me know if you don’t. 🙂 I truly appreciate your understanding and hope you have a great rest of your weekend.
