20% code not working.
Why offer a 20% code, that doesn’t work. The item I wanted to order was not a clearance, item, or a one time price item, or todays special, I tried many times with no success. Just to let HSN know you’re not very encouraging, giving bogus codes.

I know I could have called customer service to get it, it’s happened once before, but because it wasn’t something I needed or wanted badly, I just let it be.

I placed an order using the 20% coupon. Decided I wanted to use it on something else. Canceled the first order, but was unable to use the coupon again, the message said the 20% had already been used….one time use only. I called CS, spoke to a very nice lady who reinstated the coupon and it worked on the new order. I would definitely contact CS and explain what happened. You should be entitled to use that coupon. Good Luck.
