10 days still says packaging
I ordered a hoodie set on Jan 21 9 days later it still says packaging. please help me see why that is.I need help can anybody from HSN tell me why it has not shipped yet I need someone to help me. did it ship and the warehouse did not put a tracking number on it please let me know my email is Mskurski2018@gmail.com

Hi Mike! I am so sorry you did not get your order on time. That is not the experience we want you to have. Your order has been shipped, and the tracking information was sent to the email address you mentioned. You should receive the order within the next 3 – 7 business days. To make up for the inconvenience we added $10 of Spendable Kash to your account that you can use immediately and will expire in 60 days.
