Made an attempt to change shipping address prior to purchase but rep did not do. So order was shipped to wrong address. Spoke to several reps later who says I cannot change shipping address after item has departed and I must contact UPS. Contacted UPS and they stated that there were restrictions on the items. Spoke to HSN Supervisor and they stated they will intercept the item and provide a refund and allow me to order the item with same deal. Nope. Item returned, according to tracking, no refund, and attempted to repurchase, prior to receiving refund, and now they state that the item is sold out and I cant get the item that was returned to them. HSN…God Bless you! Lost a customer. Have a good life.
