Wow what discounts a whole penny or 6 cents on crafts items!
What is wrong with this company? Hopefully this is a computer glitch and you have not totally lost your minds. AG and DP items marked down a whole penny or 6 cents, then you still have the nerve to charge outrageous shipping for each and every craft items. Yet you can put free shipping on items that are larger and weigh heavier than any craft items. Get your management staff together and come up with a plan to give us a break shipping costs on craft items. If other companies can offer shipping breaks surely you can come up with something.

It is the same for many beauty products on sale ! They are like 5 cents off. Maybe it’s an error?

What’s worse is the Diamond Press items were priced $19.95-29.95. So they’ve raised the prices 25-50 cents before lowering them a measly penny while keeping the outrageous shipping. I don’t care how collectible DP kits are, I refuse to play HSN’s games and will no longer support them. DP is starting to bring more items to there website and shipping is free. A lot of the new items they have were actually on HSN last year that sold out. I’ll wait a year and buy them directly from DP. I’m so fed up with HSN that I just shipped back $250 of craft products I purchased when they had Free shipping. HSN isn’t getting my money anymore.

HSN is now censoring my wording. It was not that I omitted those words in two separate entries, they purposely removed them! They were not cursewords… Just the plain truth.

I saw the same “cheapness“ with their discounts of one cent. Did they really think we’re so that we wouldn’t take a look at the numbers even though they put the discount in red? They are really jerks and are losing more and more customers because of it.
