I usually buy 8 to 20 items, sometimes more, on craft day because the shipping is reasonable. Not buying anything this time because of the change in shipping. I dont use the extended flex pay because I dont like digging myself into a credit hole so 5 flex pay does not help me. I would be willing to do $10 shipping for the day but if HSN wants us to buy multiple items in a 24 hr period they need to make the shipping more reasonable.

I cancelled my 500 order too…not paying 3.50 to ship a 5.99 mat that probably weighs an ounce or two. It is just unreasonable. Not surprised the ts hasn’t sold out yet. On a normal craft day it would have sold out by mid morning…its new and so cute. I’m actually sad I am not shopping today.

This is such a bad business move! Do you really think they felt they were taking a loss with this shipping offer? Or are they just being greedy?

I just dumped an order that was over $450 because the shipping was over $50 at last count that I noticed.
I am writing the people with product I like and telling them they better set up shop online elsewhere because paying over 11% on shipping for a large order IS NOT going to happen.
BTW I purchase through paypal if I want flex pay … they offer 6 mos.

Same here. I usually buy too much, today I’m not buying anything. Thanks, hsn, for saving me hundreds because of no $5 shipping.

Same here. Not buying a single thing from HSN today. But, it is National Craft Month, and I feel a need to get excited for some new toys. I will, however, take my $$$, and shop elsewhere today.
Also, voting with my wallet.
I agree with you, the flex pays, mean nothing to me. I always pay in full. I know that the flex pays help some folks be able to purchase lots of stuff, and manage their budget, but those same folks who need the flex pay, also need the $5.00 shipping.
So HSN has alienated a huge crowd of their previously loyal crafting shoppers with this move.
