UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I do not understand what is going on. My boyfriend is buying me some craft items with his credit card in my account and it will not let the transaction complete.
I have credit available on my HSN card, but I am not paying with my HSN, but another credit card, why is it not working.
I do not want these items to sell out as they always do and this is a birthday gift for me.
Your customer service is closed, and this is very annoying.
I hope someone can answer, I cleared cookies and done everything else possible.

Customer service isn’t always closed. I sent them an email recently and got a reply later the same day. It is probably because his card isn’t associated with your account.

@cbaronak, it’s probably because his card is not on your account. You could try to go into your account and add his card, or if he has PayPal use that. Otherwise, maybe just put it on your card and he can make the payment on your card.
