Total nightmare!!

So… what was supposed to be a dream… became a nightmare really quick. I bought the WRMK foil quill and got it ahead of time (kudos to HSN and UPS and USPS for being so proficient!! So I decide to test it… guess what… not user friendly. I let it warm for 5 min or more… set the speed and depth to 0… nothing gets engraved… so… I up my game to 3… and things begin to happen… backwards… because they tell you to keep the shiny part face up.. plus… you gotta have an alternate USB battery and let it charge for more than just 5 min if what you have is the cheap Walmart one…it does engrave though…just backwards and unreadable lololol
