todays special
this isnt a printer, it prints on stuff. wow $300 dollars for a little thing that you can use a felt pen or a ton of super inexpensive type tools that do the same or better because you dont have to have a smart phone or pc to use! so what. i love this co but bring something to the crafter who actually crafts without having to use stuff that costs so much and in a few months will be an afterthought. some people will buy anything, if you tell them too. pay to ship it as well. no thnx any crafter doesnt need this thing to write on a mask or ribbon, get real!

I don’t think this is a We R Memory Keepers product. The device is available a lot of places, and I believe Colop is the manufacturer. Anyway, I think it’s a dog of a product for crafters at this price due to it’s limitations. The ink colors they’ve shown during the presentations look muted. The price is ridiculous, and the fact that they are charging $6.95 S&H is awful. I’ve always looked forward to Craft Days, but no more. What I’ve seen of today’s presentations is a hot mess. They are rushing, talking too fast, etc. Horrible.

So you say if you print on fabric, it washes out? Last night you guys showed a onsie or tshirt. Are you saying that will wash out if you make a shirt?
-
Agreed! Ridiculously pricey and if it’s anything like a regular inkjet printer, it will be a money pit. The ink is the primary cost of the item! And you’re right, it will be discontinued for the “next big thing” in a few months.

I do like some of their stuff but unfortunately a lot of their items that require refills or accessories to operate get discontinued, so once you run out you can’t use the product anymore. Waste of money.
