Shipping refund

I’m seeing a few posts on HSN Facebook about people calling customer service today and getting a refund on shipping on craft items from yesterday. While that is great for customers who purchased yesterday, a lot of people emptied their carts when they saw the shipping charges. What good does a refund on shipping do them. Craft day is over. Special pricing gone. If you ordered yesterday it would be worth a try to get a refund, but for most disappointed crafters it seems to me too little and too late. Happy Crafting Everyone (with what you have, cause yesterday was a bust for most).

I bought nothing but contacted them when I heard about shipping refunds. They told me they would give me $10 KASH in my account that would expire in 60 days. That was hours ago. It wasn’t much but they didn’t even do it. I have spent so much money with them, and now I am done.

I absolutely agree with you. No one should have to call for a shipping refund, it should have been made available to all of us. This issue is why me and many others bought nothing. This craft day was a real lost for all of us.
