Product Return Label

I’ve tried numerous times on hsn.com and in the app to print out a return label. It just kept putting me in circles. Time is running out. Please send me a return slip as I no longer have the packing slip.

I am trying to get a label for product rc’d that is not working. Waited a day and no label called three times now they said sending it by mail. When product was purchased hsn did not say it did not come with a return label. I am truly disapointed in HSN I have been A CUSTOMER FOR 30 YEARS

  I am very sorry for the experience you’ve had with us recently @socialcircle. While I wish all of our items were part of our Easy Return program, sadly, many are not. I do see that we are working on getting your label out to you so that the item can be returned.

Quicker to just call Customer Service and they will email you a return label.

May I suggest that you post your request for a mailing label on the Customer Service forum. It will likely be read there.
