Pricing
Stop jerking the prices around! One minute an item is $39.95 the next it goes to $40.51. Is this company that hard up for 56 cents? If the vendors were smart they dump you and put all their items on their websites. You need new management.

I wonder if they got rid of the fill-your-cart shipping because they don’t actually ship anything themselves. I placed an order last month for some Spectrum Noir markers and they eventually canceled it because they said they couldn’t fulfill it. Someone on the customer service board told me that things are shipped from vendor warehouses and HSN can’t control it. They gave me a $5 credit. I ordered some of the large sheets of the new Cricut foil because of the credit. I ordered the actual foil kit from Cricut but forgot to add extra foil to my order. So the foil from HSN has shipped but I can see by the tracking that it is shipping from Cricut, not HSN. Does HSN even have a warehouse?! So, if they are relying on vendors to do the shipping they might not be able to offer the $5 unlimited shipping.

I waited for this craft day after watching AG preview videos. There were a number of things I wanted. But $25 for shipping my items!? I DON’T THINK SO. I have options for where I spend my craft $$. And believe me I spend a lot.

Not sure why HSN hasn’t listened to us yet..I went from buying 30 items every Craft Day to 2, maybe 3 items. Most of the time I can get better deals and FREE SHIPPING going to other websites.
The excitement for Craft Days has left the building. -
They do need new management, no question about that, as well as to listen to their customers, the ones they have left, anyway. The reason why companies bring their products to HSN, or any shopping channel, is because so many people see them on tv who haven’t heard of them, and many people impulse buy. Sara Davies of Crafters Companion said that HSN is their single biggest customer. CC sell the items on their website as well, even if you have to wait sometimes, not so much of a wait recently, though. CC’s worth is at least £35 million, and I’m sure that selling on HSN has helped significantly with that, so it is not in their, or any other company’s, best interest not to sell on a shopping channel.
