Order not showing
I had order a cricut maker with a 4 year warranty, along with other cricut supplies and item, separate purchases, I can only see the supplies and other cricut items but the cricut maker machine purchase is not showing on my order status, I need to know if it did go thru and just waiting for process or if it didn’t go thru so that I can make another order, I just don’t want to order twice if it is in process just not showing on my account orders yet. Thank you.

If it’s not showing in your Order Status at all, then the order probably didn’t go through. It should show as either “submitting or processing.” But I would either call customer service or chat with them online to be sure. They might not see your post or respond here.

I think they’ve been doing some sort of maintenance on the site. Earlier this morning I kept getting “try again later” response when I was checking on the status of my orders.
Now I’m able to access . But I agree, you may want to call customer service before placing another order if it’s still not showing up.
