No $5 Shipping is saving me money!

I’ve tired twice now to post a reply and they won’t print it! Why don’t they have videos of yesterday’s craft demonstrations.?

I asked a CSR what happened she asked a Supervisor who said we got the 5 flex instead of $5 fill ur cart!! I told her that’s silly as everything is now on 3 flex anyway and they can keep their extra flex pay & give us back the $5 shipping or I could see Craft Day tanking.
We asked and asked for more craft days and now we have a few more per year it get sabotaged? Not good business HSN, not good at all!

Saved hundreds of dollars today. Canceled all my orders! Sorry HSN but why NO free s/h after the first $5.00! 😢😩

Always have a big order on craft for about 3-4 years now. Today is the first day I buy NOTHING!!!! Will not pay anything more than $5 shipping. Hope they feel it but my guess is they made it up in shipping costs.

I hope everyone whom reads this will refuse to buy anything today.
If the shipping offer is now dead for craft days- that really disappoints me because Stephanie from The Stamps of Life just announced yesterday that she’s finally able to return to HSN on May 5th.

I cannot believe that HSN cancelled the $5 flat rate shipping for National Craft month without warning! Dumped most of my cart when it came up $40 just for shipping! Absolutely love Anna and Sara, but cancelling the items I had ordered and shutting down the TV. Probably the only thing that will sell out this time is the Cricut Joy because of the $5 shipping.

So as crafters we know NEED vs WANT. Its very rare we actually NEED something.
These shows are about getting what we WANT, splurging because we are getting a “deal”.
Buying in bulk, getting little goodies, trying something new, or something you just couldn’t justify otherwise. Why would we want to pay shipping on each item after we got used to the $5!?!? How insulting, when you send it all in one big box anyways. I ENJOYED spending my money on days like this, staying home to watch. Not today, easily will save $500-$1000.
What a joke! Super disappointed after looking forward to this day for over a month. Bummer for the vendors too. Not smart HSN to nickel & dime a loyal customer base! Today will be Neflix now. Grrr

Me too. This is exactly what I’ll be doing – using what I’ve already got, which is loads of stuff, and sourcing the new products elsewhere if I even decide I want them, from websites I use where the prices are usually lower than hsn, no shipping, and some of them have no sales tax as well. There is sometimes a delay before they stock the products, but I can wait.

I’m wondering if this is their way of getting rid of craft day. It used to be 24 hours of different craft shows. Now they repeat the same shows during the night. I’m so disappointed they are not having the $5 shipping today. I was so looking forward to Craft Day.

I feel bad for Anna Griffin, Sara Davies, Tiffany Spaulding, etc. because they are going to miss out on selling a lot of items today. One can only hope HSN wakes up before Craft Day is over and reinstates the $5 shipping we’ve all come to know and love; otherwise they are going to lose a lot of business. It’s too bad because I really enjoy Craft Day…or at least I used to enjoy Craft Day.

What a debacle this craft day turned out to be today! Anna, Sara, Beth, and all the rest of the vendors we still love your items and will be supporting you and getting our craft fix elsewhere. Sorry for all the work you put into to get set up for today but I cannot justify paying a huge shipping bill. I guess there is some good news I saved about $600.00 to $700.00 today, and made my husband happy at least. The other good news, I will be using my existing craft stash that I have yet to use. In the long run I win and you lose HSN! This debacle matches your shipping disaster you put us through when you redid your distribution centers. One ticked off customer!

Very disappointing for craft week!!

Right there with you. No buying from me today. Not even fun to watch anymore since demos are nearly nonexistent anymore. No $5 shipping? I’m done.

I just realized that no $5 shipping today!!!! I have bought 3 items before I realized it….so yeah, I’m done for today. Too bad because I have spent some serious money on craft days in the past. I remember when QVC stopped doing craft days…sad…..

NO $5.00 shipping??! I too woke up early to place my $400.00 (plus) order this morning. I am deleting every single item in my cart and turning off my TV. What a rotten thing to do to your loyal customers. SHAME ON YOU HSN, I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN THAT!
