
No $5 Shipping Cart
HSN just lost HUNDREDS of $$$$ from me. Now I am only purchasing 3 items instead of the over 20 items I was planning on buying. I will not pay the ridiculous shipping charges.

Same thing here. No $5 cart so put back hundreds of dollars of stuff. So ridiculous that they don’t even do an “over x amount free shipping” like every other site does. I did purchase a few things last night, didn’t get the normal redirect to PayPal but did get a confirming “it’s yours!” Page. Called customer service. On hold for 25 minutes (felt much sympathy for the folks taking our calls!) then person confirmed the problems with ordering. I reordered the one thing that was low inventory and checked this morning. Original order did not go through. What a mangled first day of crafting month. Really disappointed in HSN. Again.

Feeling really disappointed and duped! Thought with the $5 shipping last month, they learned that everybody wins and they can sell more.

I feel that this is the second time they have insulted the Crafting Community. Last year it was during Customer Appreciation Month. Now it is during Craft Month. Funny how other areas get free shipping.Well, they supposedly will be having crafts every Tuesday this month.
We should boycott them. I feel bad for the Companies, but unless they feel it financially, it does not seem to matter to them.
I think I am done with HSN for awhile -you know the saying: Fool me once shame on you…
One last thought: maybe their system problem was karma…….

No $5 shipping took the excitement away for me. Looked forward to today for long time and had so much in my cart EXPECTING the $5 shipping. Can’t do $60-$70 JUST FOR SHIPPING!!!
Fixed income folks are now left OUT. 🙁
Well, now I’ll check back on a free shipping day which hopefully will have 5 payments too. But it’s hit or miss.
So DISAPPOINTED HSN.

I had several items in my cart just waiting to see if shipping fees would be reduced for Craft Day again this month. No such luck. Deleted several items, only keeping a few since two were auto ships. I have greatly reduced my shopping at HSN due to high shipping costs. Not worth it anymore!!!

I don’t know if it’s just me but there’s some kind of glitch. The couple items I did order have been saying”submitting” since midnight. Plus I didn’t get the email order confirmation they normally send. Last time this heppened the orders never went through and items sold out before I could place another order. Guess it’s a sign… Don’t give them my money! 😆

The same thing happened to me. I got a confirmation screen with order number, but no email confirmation When I check my orders, nothing is listed. I tried to search by the order number, but received a screen saying they’re having a problem retrieving my order receipt. I went back to my cart & it’s empty, giving me the assumption that my order went through, but I have no idea if it actually did or not.

I think there is something going on. I purchased something on flex pay, checked out and got the confirmation screen with an order number (thank goodness I took a screen shot). So far I have not gotten a confirmation email and nothing is showing up under “my orders” or “flex pay manager”. 🧐

They also lost thousands from my lack of purchases from them over the last year that they didn’t have the $5 shipping.

Agreed.. can’t believe they are pulling this in CRAFT MONTH!
Same here, would buy dozens of items, now just 2, only because I want the AS.
In my case, 5 bucks or more to ship thin flat dies is ridiculous, then 10% tax too makes the items too expensive so I’ll just shop where I have ZERO SHIPPING CHARGES! -
Same here. I switched off as soon as I saw that and went to watch Britbox instead. I probably won’t buy anything at all now. I’ve got so much stuff already that I should be getting rid of some, not buying more. Thanks, HSN, for saving me all of the money I was planning to spend – and with March some sort of crafting month. They did the same thing last year. Another bad business decision on their part.
