Large price decrease after my purchase

I PURCHASED ITEM 864-266 (DP ELECTRIC AIR BRUSH & STENCIL KIT) ON 02/28/2024 @ $36.95 – ORDER #1949719950. THE KIT WAS THEN REDUCED TO $17.95 WITHIN A FEW DAYS. I PURPOSELY ORDERED THIS ITEM BEFORE THE ACTUAL CRAFT DAY (MARCH 5TH) BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID IT WOULD SELL OUT BEFORE I GOT HOME FROM WORK TO PURCHASE IT. SUCH A BIG, BIG DIFFERENCE IN PRICE. OVERCHARGED!???

HSN has always honored price differences within 30 days. It’s not a complicated process.

You can call customer service and request a refund on the price difference. I had the same thing happen and called them. I was told HSN’s policy is within 30 days of purchase, the price is lover, then they will refund the difference. You just have to call them. The customer service representative was wonderful and very pleasant with me and the situation. I did the same thing, order a few items before Craft Day and noticed they were cheaper a few days after I had ordered them. My credit card was refunded the difference quickly.
