HSN SYSTEM NEEDS UPDATING!!!!!!!!!!!! $5 SHIPPING?????

They didn’t lie. It’s always that way that you can’t combine online and telephone orders, and it says that in the details about the $5 shipping. I’m not a fan of hsn so don’t usually defend them, but it was right there in black and white. All you had to do was click on the details. I didn’t watch craft day, but I remember them also showing those details on the TV screen in the past. I can’t think of a worse place to shop than aliexpress. Good luck with that.

I never heard of aliexpress, is it an on line retailer? There seems to be so many of them, now. Still I stick with HSN although I agree the shipping charges could be less, and don’t get me started on the return fiasco! I seldom return anything now, donate to charity instead.

I’ve been following HSN stocks and the numbers keep going down. Seems to me that they are doing something wrong. You’re right about updating. S&H is way too high and I find the same or similar items on Amazon with no S&H charges. Also, it takes about four days now to process an order and then ship. From this place to that place to yet another place. Many orders are on extended delivery. And I don’t watch much on TV because the hosts go on and on and sometimes I feel exhausted after watching because it seems that every item is just the best, fabulous, blah blah only to get it home and discover it’s not so wonderful. The prices are getting out of control too. I usually purchase free shipping days but that’s very random. I think the biggest reason HSN stocks are slipping is the S&H. $3.50-5.00 is way too high. Change that and sales would be higher.

“blah blah” so very true! And the hosts now talk sooo darn fast, or interrupt the guests. Yikes, I saw Skip from Perlier this morning talking so fast I thought his head would explode! Older viewers, like me, would appreciate a slower presentation. Maybe they are timed and that’s why some hosts talk so fast when presenting a product?

Hi, I bought things online and over the phone. The way it was explained to me is; The order that was in stock was the 5.00 and I ordered two items that were extended delivery from Anna Griffin would be adjusted once they ship. If they didn’t adjust, I was suppose to call back and CS will fix it for me.

I love HSN but am having trouble getting things shipped and when shipped they go from one town in TN to two towns in TN and then to NC and eventually to KY where I live. Then it goes to the post office who then sends back to UPS who sends it back to TN and eventually gets back to me a couple days later. Exhausting. Then when you return it is about 12 days after they receive the item before it is posted as returned. Again, exhausting.
