Has this happened to you??!
Hello crafters. The other day I ordered Kingston crafts glitter paper pack. The cost was $19.99. I purchased it a day and a half before craft day. On craft day on the television they announced their secret craft site. When you go there, you see things on sale. I was surprised to see this paper pack on sale for $11.99
I immediately called customer service and they said they could not refund me the difference because they did not have access to that page. They told me the only solution was to buy a second pack of the same paper to get the discounted price. I was able to logon as I was speaking to customer service. I could see the $11.99 offer which the employee refused to acknowledge and kept saying that they do not have access to this page. I find it extremely poor practice if they announce it on the television for the customers to go to that page and actualize the savings then there should have been some reasonable effort to refund me the difference.
Has this ever happened to you and how did you resolve the issue?

Hi Ennui. Yes the item numbers are identical. I would appreciate it if someone from CS could address this and explain on this board why this happened and how the employees could have access to the secret sale page so they can assist effectively. Thank you

Was it the same item number? I think that’s the only way to get a price drop refund.
Sometimes HSN pricing is like Amazon — up, down, up, down …
