Get your CRAFT DAY shipping returned as KASH credit in your account. Go to your “Order Status”. Then look on the left hand column, click “chat”. A box will pop up, put in it that you want your Craft Day shipping back. A service rep will help you. The KASH credit is better than nothing. Oh by the way, HSN did not send me an email and I do not see any posting from HSN about this, a friend told me! Feel free to share this information.

Thank you for the info TLG! I just called customer service at HSN to see if I could get a Spendable Kash Credit on the $21.50 I paid in shipping. I tried the Chat thing but the page kept coming up with an error. I am happy to say that the very pleasant representative gladly reimbursed me $16 ( minus the $5 I would have spent) in spendable kash. Now I can slowly purchase some of the items in my Saved list before the price goes up or they sell out. For any of you that paid out a lot in shipping, please take advantage of this. I hope HSN goes back to the $5 fill your cart craft days in the future.

I have to try this. I spent $20 in shipping for thin metal dies. There was so much more that I wanted to buy but didn’t because of the shipping. If HSN doesn’t go back to $5 shipping for craft days, I won’t be buying and more craft stuff from them. The up side of that is that I will save lots of money.

how long does it take for the Spendable Kash Credit to appear? I Chatted and they gave it to me, but it has been a while and it is not appearing. Is it an overnight thing?

I was also told that they are not planning on doing away with the $5.00 shipping deal. Just this past craft day as all of the items are being shipped directly from Cricut in separate boxes.

  I got my credit right away. I had to log off and log back on in order to see it. You only have 60 days to use it
